Bombil Methi Recipe, How To Make Dry Bombil And Small Methi suka Recipe
Aloo methi, Methi malai mutter, is a common recipe cooked in all houses.Have you tried to do something different with the methi I have tried yum recipe it is very tasty and healthy.Suka bombil methi recipe is again my own innovative recipe.This recipe has a very good combination of dry bombil fish and small methi veggie which is also called gavti methi.

Method:
1.In pan add oil heat it add button chilly fry and remove then add chop onion saute when changes color add slit green chilies and crushed garlic.
2.When all fried add the suka bombil fry nicely till smell goes out then add mix masala and turmeric pd stir well.
3.Now add the chop tomatoes and small chop methi stir all nicely add salt and cover and cook gradually keep stirring and dry the water completely and make it completely dry (suka).
4.Serve it with chapati or steam rice.
Notes:
1.Small methi are grown in sandy area so there is lots of sand in it so it is very important to remove the sand or the methi when cooked will have sandy taste so chop the methi and put in lots of water and keep for sometime so that the sand settles down.
2.When you put the red button chilly it does two things first it flavors the oil and it is also used to garnish in last.

- 2 tomatoes chop
- 3 green chilies slit
- 8 cloves of garlic crushed
- 2 tsp mix masala

- 1 no dry button chilly (to garnish)
