Javla Vangi Recipe or Dried Baby Shrimps with Brinjal is very yummy and tasty recipe.  During monsoon season people store the dried fish and keep. Chakli recipe is a savoury snack from India. Chakli is also prepared during festival. We find Chakli prepared all over India with different names to it. Chakli is typically made from flour of rice, Bengal gram (chickpea), black gram, wheat flour or mixture of flours (bhajani).
