Soya Chunk Pulao, Easy Way To Make Soya Chunk Pulao

Soya bean is a source of Protein. Soya bean pulao is the best source of protein, one meal, easy and quick to cook also very healthy and nutritious. I have prepared the soya pulao in cooker, adding ghee, fresh vegetables and blended with mild spices. Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 3-4 Step By Step Method: Add ghee in cooker, now after one minute add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, cardamon                        Now add the paste and fry till oil leaves the side     Add the Maggie cubes and  sauté Add the chop tomato and cook it for five minutes                                                                                     Add the cubed carrots and sauté Add the cubed potato stir well                                                                                                                              Now add the soya chunks stir nicely
