I have modified the mastani in simple, easy, quick and blended with few ingredients found in your kitchen. You can serve it as desert. Here goes the yummy recipe it is worth trying. Preparation Time : 15 minutes Serves : 3-4 Ingredients: 75 gm whipped cream 2 nos mango pulp (remove the skin, deseed the mango) 2 nos chopped mango 100 gm fresh cream garnish choco chips Method : Whip the cream keeping ice below and whip it till it form peak. Take the mango pulp, castor sugar, fresh cream and blend it remove in a bowl and add two tablespoon of whipped cream and fold the mixture. Assemble: Take a small serving bowl or serving glass.
