Tomato Rasam or Thakkali rasam is a common South Indian dish. It can be served as soup or with hot steam rice. This is a delicious curry, taste great. It is a simple, easy and quick recipe. It is also healthy recipe good for stomach, and also soothing when suffering from cold and fever. I love rasam it is a healthy also quick recipe specially helpful when I am tired and it is worth trying. In mixer jar put the peeled tomatoes, black pepper, cumin seeds, garlic, tamarind pulp, coriander leaves and make paste. Add oil in the chatti, when hot add mustard seeds, when crackle add cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, whole red chilies. Add the paste. Ambot tik recipe is delicious tasty curry served with hot steamed rice. Ambot means sour and tik means spicy. It can be made with shark fish, prawns, pomfret, cat fish, sting ray, skate, etc. It is simple, easy and quick recipe. It is worth trying!    Ingredients: 2 nos shark fish (cleaned, washed and applied salt keep aside) 1 onion chopped 2 green chilies slit 2 tsp oil 1 tsp vinegar (can use as your taste) salt to taste To make paste: 10 whole Kashmir chilies 1/2" ginger 6 cloves garlic 6 nos black pepper 1/2 tsp turmeric powder small lemon size tamarind Method: Clean and wash the fish, add salt and keep it aside. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Add chop onion and slit green chilies and saute till pink. Add the paste and one cup water or as required for gravy, add salt and take a nice boil. When boiled add shark fish and again take one boil. Then make flame slow and cook for five minutes. Now add vinegar and after two minutes turn off the flame.

Egg curry recipe is a quick and easy recipe with simple ingredient found in your kitchen. It is delicious spicy preparation of eggs which I have not boiled but dropped in curry with onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, based gravy. It is really yum. Serve with hot steam rice, roasted papad and pickle. Step By Step Method: Put oil in chatti, let it become hot for two minutes.  Add to it chop onion.  Now add to it crushed ginger and garlic. Fish fry recipe is the best stater or side dish that can be served with hot steam rice and dal or any fish curry. It has simple ingredients, easy to make and quick recipe to serve. I have used king fish (Surmai), you can use fish of your choice. Ingredients: 8 slice Surmai fish (King fish) 1 tsp mix masala or red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp oil Method: Wash the fish and leave it in colander for ten minutes. Apply salt, mix masala, turmeric powder and lemon juice and keep for marination for fifteen minutes. Put three tablespoon oil and let it become hot, once it is hot add fish to it and cook the fish on low-medium flame, cook for five minutes. Now turn the fish upside down and cook for another five minutes or till crisp. Notes: Use fish of your choice. After washing the fish, keep it in colander excess water to drain and then marinate. Pan rolls recipe is a roll stuffed with kheema and blend of spices, wrapped in a fluffy crepe crumbled and lightly fried. My family loves this rolls, which is why they're requested often and it is impossible to eat only one. Kheema can be used any of your choice like mutton, beef, chicken. Vegetarian can also enjoy this recipe by omitting the kheema and option is veggies like cauliflower, carrots, green peas, potato, paneer. Masala paniyaram or Appams or Kuzhi paniyaram is a south Indian famous snack. Masala Paniyaram is made by steaming batter traditionally made from pulse (specifically black lentils) and rice using a mould. The batter used is same as that for idle and dosa. Appams or kuzhi paniyaram can be made sweet or spicy.
