Fish Fry Recipe, Easy Fish Fry Recipe

Fish fry recipe is the best stater or side dish that can be served with hot steam rice and dal or any fish curry. It has simple ingredients, easy to make and quick recipe to serve. I have used king fish (Surmai), you can use fish of your choice.

Ingredients:
  • 8 slice Surmai fish (King fish)
  • 1 tsp mix masala or red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp oil
Method:
  1. Wash the fish and leave it in colander for ten minutes.

  2. Apply salt, mix masala, turmeric powder and lemon juice and keep for marination for fifteen minutes.
  3. Put three tablespoon oil and let it become hot, once it is hot add fish to it and cook the fish on low-medium flame, cook for five minutes.
  4. Now turn the fish upside down and cook for another five minutes or till crisp.
Notes:
  1. Use fish of your choice.
  2. After washing the fish, keep it in colander excess water to drain and then marinate.
  3. Adjust spice and salt as your choice.
