Maharashtrian dish,  made from sprouted moth beans. That is topped with spicy gravy, fresh onion and farsan. This is served with pav. Misal pav is popular Maharashtrian breakfast and Mumbai street food. Can be served as Breakfast / snack or meal.  Ingredients  For Usal: • 2 cups Sprouted matki (Moth beans) / any sprouts • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder • Salt to taste For Kat / Raasa (thin Spicy Gravy): 1 onion -finely chopped 1 tomato finely chopped   2 green chillies -finely chopped 1 tsp Ginger chopped  1 tsp garlic chopped  1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)  2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp Garam masala powder   1 - 2 tbsp Oil  1/2 cup coconut Dry (Grated or cut to small pieces)  to taste Salt  To serve:  Ladi pav or pav Buns or slice bread   1-2 Onions very finely chopped  Coriander leaves, very finely chopped  Lemon ,cut into small wedges • Farsan / Mixed Namkeen / Mixture.  To prepare Matki Usal:-  Prepare sprout Matki -  Wash and soak matki(moth beans) for 6-7 hrs in water and wash it once

This over the top steam egg burger is the perfect new way to enjoy a burger a homemade burger. Mc egg burger or egg burger which consists of a poached egg in a steamed bun, a dash of mayonnaise, a few pieces of onions pickle and few spices that is sweet and tangy. Very quick easy breakfast or snack recipe. Ingredients: 2 Burger Buns 2 Eggs Butter 1/4tsp Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder 1/4 tsp paprika powder  Onion pickle: 1 sliced onion 1/2 tsp vinegar  pinch salt pinch paprika  Method:  In a small bowl apply oil break a egg, sprinkle cumin powder,  black powder, paprika powder and salt and steam it in a steamer for three minutes. In another pan put butter, toast the burger bread.  Now apply mayo,place steam egg, assemble pickle onion.
