     Bombay duck recipe is one of the tasty dish and is semi dry curry. Bombil  is known as Bombay duck. It is really one of the yum dish one should really try it. Here goes the recipe. Ingredient: 2 nos large onion chopped 1 tomatoes chopped 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste 2 tsp mix masala [recipe given] 1/4 tsp turmeric pd 10 Bombil [clean washed and apply salt and keep]  1/2 cup water 3 tbsp oil salt as per taste Method: 1.In pan put oil. 2.When hot add chop onion fry till pinkish in colour [add salt to onion so it cooks soon]. 3.Add tomatoes and cook it till oil comes out in side. 4.Add mix masala or bottle masala and turmeric powder. 5.Stir well and add  water and salt. 6.Bring it to boil. 7.Now add the Bombil when boiled slow the flame and cook it for ten minutes. 8.Serve it with chapati or rice.
