Fresh Bombil Bhujna Recipe, How to Make Bombil Bhujna Recipe
Bombay duck recipe is one of the tasty dish and is semi dry curry. Bombil is known as Bombay duck. It is really one of the yum dish one should really try it. Here goes the recipe.
- 2 nos large onion chopped
- 1 tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste
- 2 tsp mix masala [recipe given]
- 1/4 tsp turmeric pd
- 10 Bombil [clean washed and apply salt and keep]
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt as per taste
1.In pan put oil.
2.When hot add chop onion fry till pinkish in colour [add salt to onion so it cooks soon].
3.Add tomatoes and cook it till oil comes out in side.
4.Add mix masala or bottle masala and turmeric powder.
5.Stir well and add water and salt.
6.Bring it to boil.
7.Now add the Bombil when boiled slow the flame and cook it for ten minutes.
8.Serve it with chapati or rice.
1. Remember we have added salt in Bombil,also we added salt in onion to cook fast so when we add in last add very little salt.
2. Once you add Bombil do not use spoon or Bombil will break as they are very soft.
3. Do not add more water.
