Cooking Time:15 mins
Ingredient:
- 2 nos shark fish (cleaned, washed, boiled and shredded)
- 3 nos onion chopped
- 2 nos tomatoes chopped
- 2 green chillies slit
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tsp ginger chopped
- 1 tsp red chilly powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 6 nos curry leaves
- In a pan put oil let it get heated for two minutes.
- Add chop onion, curry leaves and chop coriander leaves and saute till pinkish.
- Now add slit green chillies, chop ginger, chop garlic saute for two minutes.
- Add to it red chilly powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder.
- Give a quick stir.
- Now add to it shredded fish and stir till all nicely mixed.
- Cover and take a steam for five minutes.
- Serve hot with bread or chapati.
Boiled and shredded boneless fish (Use any boneless fish you like)
Step by step method
1.In a Kadai add oil and make it hot.
2.Now add chop coriander leaves and chop onion.
3.When onion get fried to dark pinkish colour add chop ginger/garlic/green chillies and chop tomatoes.
5.Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder.
6.When masala is nicely fried add shredded fish.
7.Cover and cook it for five minutes and serve.
8.Here it goes when lid is open yummy.
8.Serve it hot.
