The chicken is cleaned, washed, then added salt and turmeric and fried in oil. Even the potatoes are peeled cut round, added salt and turmeric and fried in oil. Then it is cooked with sliced onion, julienne of ginger, garlic, chillies, bottle masala and vinegar.  It is delicious and yummy. Step By Step Method 1.
