East Indian Chicken Moile Recipe, Easy East Indian (Mumbaikar) Chicken Moile Recipe.
Chicken moile recipe is the traditional recipe of East Indian cuisine. It is prepared during festive occasion. Chicken moile recipe is prepared with the bottle masala for the authentic taste.
The chicken is cleaned, washed, then added salt and turmeric and fried in oil. Even the potatoes are peeled cut round, added salt and turmeric and fried in oil. Then it is cooked with sliced onion, julienne of ginger, garlic, chillies, bottle masala and vinegar.
It is delicious and yummy.

Step By Step Method
1. Add oil, let it become hot.
2. Add sliced onion and fry till translucent.
3. Add julienne of ginger, garlic and chillies and saute.
4. Saute till soft and pale.
5. Add the bottle masala or curry powder.
6. Add little water and cook the masala.
7. Cook till oil separates.
8. Add water and give a boil.
9. When the curry boils add the fried chicken.
10. Give a stir.
11. Add the fried potatoes.
12. Give a quick stir again.
13. Give a nice boil and then simmer and cook for seven minutes.
14. Add garam masala.
15. Add vinegar stir well, add salt, let it simmer for few minutes.
16. Chicken moile recipe is ready to serve.
17. Serve with rice.

Ingredients:
- 500 gm- chicken (cleaned, washed and marinated with salt and turmeric)
- 2 nos- potatoes (peeled, cut round and marinated with salt and turmeric).
- 3 nos- onion sliced
- 3 nos- green chillies slit
- 8 nos garlic flakes julienne
- 1" ginger julienne
- 2 tbsp bottle masala or curry powder
- 1/2 cup oil required to fry + 2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp vinegar or as per taste
- salt as per taste.
- Fry the chicken and potatoes adding salt turmeric and keep aside.
- Now in a pan add oil, when hot add sliced onion saute soft and translucent.
- Add the julienne of ginger, garlic and chillies and fry for few seconds.
- Now add the bottle masala or curry powder, adding little water and cook till oil separates.
- Add the water, give a boil, then add fried chicken and fried potatoes,
- Take a boil and then simmer and cook for seven minutes,
- Add salt and vinegar and again let it simmer for few minutes.
- Chicken moile is ready to serve.
- Serve with rice roti or rice.
- Can add tomatoes in substitute of vinegar.
- If bottle masala is not available then can add any curry powder that is available.
- Saffron, when mixed with milk and consumed, helps stimulate hair growth.
- Mustard seeds are effective in curing common cold and other sinus problem.
