Mango Mastani Recipe, How To Make Mango Mastani Recipe

Mastani is combination of cream, milk, ice-cream, and flavor is not unique. Mastani is found in every street corner of Pune. It is version of ice-cream shake. I have modified the mastani in simple, easy, quick and blended with few ingredients found in your kitchen. You can serve it as desert. Here goes the yummy recipe it is worth trying.

Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Serves : 3-4

Ingredients:
  • 75 gm whipped cream
  • 2 nos mango pulp (remove the skin, deseed the mango)
  • 2 nos chopped mango
  • 100 gm fresh cream
  • garnish choco chips
Method :
  1. Whip the cream keeping ice below and whip it till it form peak.
  2. Take the mango pulp, castor sugar, fresh cream and blend it remove in a bowl and add two tablespoon of whipped cream and fold the mixture.
Assemble:
  1. Take a small serving bowl or serving glass.
  2. Put two tablespoon chopped mango.
  3. Now put whipped cream.
  4. Put two tablespoon mango puree layer.
  5. Again put whipped cream.
  6. Garnish choco chips refrigerate fifteen minutes in fridge and serve chilli-ed.

Notes:
  • We can top the end layer with ice- cream, this is the authentic way of serving.
  • Can use any seasonal fruits substituted to mango.
  • Can also garnish with chop or slice mango pieces.
Tip of the day :
  • Include Quinoa in your diet. It is an excellent gluten grain, with a high level of protein.
  • We can replace it with Rajgira which is equally nutritious.
