Rum Ball Recipe, Easy Rum Ball Recipe.
Rum balls cake are prepared from sponge cake, slice cake or left over cake ingredients added to it are condensed milk, melted dark chocolate, butter, the ball is dipped in dark melted chocolate or rolled in dessicated coconut and garnished with chocolate vermicelli or cherry or coloured balls.
It is a type of desert cake. It is instant and easy recipe, also kid friendly recipe.
1.Take slice rum plum cake or left over cake or any sponge cake.
2. Add to it condensed milk.
3. Add to it butter.
5. Knead to dough till forms a ball.
6. Grease the hand with little butter and make lemon size ball.
7. Take a pan put water to it, boil the water keep another pan on it (double boiler) put one chocolate bar to it and melt the chocolate.
8. After the chocolate gets melt add the balls to it, with the help of the fork coat the chocolate nicely.
9.Remove the chocolate in the grease plate or foil and garnish chocolate vermicelli on top.
10. Refrigerate the balls for half an hour and rum balls are ready to serve.

Ingredients:
- One packet slice cake or any sponge cake
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 tbsp melted dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp chocolate vermicelli
- one dark chocolate bar
- Take the cake and crumble it nicely with hand.
- Add condensed milk to it.
- Now add butter.
- Add melted chocolate to it.
- Knead it with hand nicely till it forms ball.
- Now take a pan add water to it and keep another bowl on top (double boiler method), put one bar of dark chocolate to it. And melt the chocolate.
- Now remove it from gas once the chocolate gets melted.
- Drop the cake ball with the fork into the melted chocolate.
- Remove it on the grease tray or foil paper.
- Sprinkle chocolate vermicelli to it.
- Refrigerate the rum balls for half hour.
- Rum ball is ready to serve.
- I have not added rum essence to this recipe, we can add few drops of rum essence to it, when we are kneading the dough.
