Gobi Masala Recipe, Quick and Easy Method To Make Gobi Masala Recipe
- Gobi masala recipe is cooked adding masala and it is tasty accompanied with chapatis. There are varieties of dishes remade from Gobi like aloo gobi,which I have already given and other yummy recipes which I will be giving like gobi paratha,gobi korma,gobi Manchurian, gobi fry (65) and gobi is also used in biryani or pulao so go and ahead and try this awesome dish don't forget to leave back your feedback and comments.

Cooking Time:15 minutes
Serves:3-4
Ingredients:
- 250 gm gobi
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 no potato
- 2 tbsp green peas
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilly pd
- 1 tsp coriander pd
- 1/2 tsp cumin pd
- 1/2 tsp turmeric pd
- pinch of garam masala pd
- salt to taste
- 3 tbsp oil
1.In a pan add oil when hot add onion, saute till pink, add ginger -garlic paste fry nicely now add tomato cook till it is done.
2.When tomato is cooked add potato and cook for five minutes by keeping a lid on top and take one steam.
3. Now add green peas,gobi and stir add all the dry masala pd from above stir nicely sprinkles few drops of water and salt stir put a lid and take a steam and stir gradually till potato is cooked.
4.Serve hot with chapati.
1.After cutting the gobi (cauliflower) keep it in salt water for ten minutes.
2.Do not keep stiring the veggie when it is kept to cook,stir gradually or gobi will turn mushy.
