Laal Math Ka Saag Recipe, How to Make Laal Math Bhaji

Laal math bhaji recipe is a healthy veggie recipe very nutritious containing Iron and minerals.Leafy vegetables are very essential for our body they detoxify our body.All age group must eat this veggie at least once a week.

Preparation Time:15 minutes
Cooking Time:10 minutes
Serves:3-4

Ingredients:
 
1 bunch Laal math bhaji (washed and fine chopped)
3 onion chopped
3 green chilies
7 cloves garlic chopped
4 tbsp grated coconut
pinch turmeric pd
salt to taste
3 tbsp oil    
Method:
1.In a pan add oil add chop onion saute till pinkish.
2.Now add chop green chilies and chop garlic fry it add turmeric pd and the chop laal math.
3.Stir nicely add to it salt cover with lid and let it steam for five minutes.
4.Open the lid and add 3 tbsp of grated coconut stir nicely and cook till water completely dries.
5.Off the gas add grated coconut and serve with chapatis.   



Notes:
1.Wash the laal math nicely and then cut it.
2.Instead of chopping crush the garlic it gives lovely aroma and flavor to the dish.
3.Completely dry the water from the laal math and make it dry.
