Pomfret Fish Curry Recipe,How To Make Easy Pomfret Curry Recipe
This is a tasty fish curry.Whenever I make fish curry I have my fish masala ready with me called my bottle masala which you find in only East Indian family house.We EastIndian (Mumbai) are proper Mumbaikar.We are very foodie people and fish lovers.I have made Pompret fish recipe or Paplet curry recipe without bottle masala and regular ingredient avaliable in kitchen.Trust me it is quick and you.
Preparation Time:15 minutes
Cooking Time:10 minutes
Serves:3-4
Ingredients:
1 Pomfret (large size)
To make paste:
- 6 red chilies (Bedgi or Kashmiri)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 fresh grated coconut
- 1 tbsp rice flour or raw rice (roasted)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric pd
- 8 flakes garlic
- tamarind lime size ball
- salt to taste
Method:
1.Heat one tbsp oil and fry the masala.
2.Add water and tamarind juice.
3.When the gravy boils,add fish and salt to taste.
4.Simmer for ten minutes.
5.Garnish with coriander leaves.
6.Serve it with hot steam rice and salad.
