Bombil Fry Recipe (Bombay duck Fry), Crispy And Easy Method

- 6 nos Bombils (Bombay Duck)
- 1 tsp red chilly pd
- 1/2 tsp turmeric pd
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp rice flour or semolina
Method:
1.Clean the bombil (Bombay duck) by separating the head,tail and fins,wash it nicely.
2.Apply salt,red chilly pd,turmeric pd and lemon juice.
3.Roll the fish in rice flour or semolina.
4.Put oil in flat frying pan make it hot and put the fish and fry both side till crispy.
5.Serve hot.
