Prawns Chilly Fry Recipe, Easy Way To Make Prawns Chilly Fry Recipe

Prawns chilly recipe is one of the yum recipe.Prawns is all time famous and loved by all. There are varities of
dishes we can prepare from prawns. I have prepared prawns chilly recipe in simple method, all ingredients
are found in kitchen and is very easy and quick to do.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup prawns (shrimps)
  • 3 onion chopped
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tsp chop garlic
  • 1 tsp chop ginger
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 4 nos kokum (garnicia indica)
  • 4 tbsp oil
Method:
  1. In pan add oil, let it heat for two minutes.
  2. When hot add chopped onion saute till pinkish, add chop ginger, chop garlic and slit chilies and saute it for 
  3. two minutes.
  4. Now add chop tomatoes, saute till it is cooked.
  5. Now add red chilly powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, kokum and two tablespoon water.
  6. saute till masala gets cooked.
  7. Add the prawns (clean, wash, add salt and turmeric powder keep for ten minute) stir nicely and add three tablespoon water cover and cook till it is done (keep gradually stiring in middle or it will burn)
  8. When done serve it with chapati or bread.

Notes:
  1. I have used small shrimps, we can use prawns, but make sure that you deveined it, or you may start with stomach problems.
  2. Take care when you are adding salt because salt is added in marination also while cooking.
  3. Can add potatoes if want.

Tip of the day:
  • Replace your white bread and butter with whole wheat bread and peanut butter to get of better fats, more fiber and less calories.
