Fried Chicken Recipe, How To Make Chicken fry
Fried chicken recipe is all time favorite recipe, delicious, yum, crisp. It can be eaten as stater or prepared as side dish. There are many methods to prepare fried chicken. I have prepared fried chicken recipe in simple way, any one can prepare it with simple ingredients available in the kitchen.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4-5
Step by Step Method:
Marinate the chicken with curd, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, roasted cumin powder, salt to taste, lemon juice.
Keep the chicken to marinate for one hour in refrigerator.
After one hour remove the chicken from the refrigerator and keep in side, take eggs and bread crumb. Dip the chicken in egg and then roll it in bread crumb.
Take oil in kadai and shallow fry the chicken, both side cook.
Serve hot with salad and chutney.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken
- 5 tbsp curd
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder
- 2 eggs (beat it adding pinch salt)
- 1 cup bread cup
- 5 tbsp oil
- Clean and wash the chicken.
- Marinate the chicken with curd, lemon juice, spices and salt
- Keep in refrigerator for one hour.
- After one hour, dip it in egg, roll it in bread crumb and shallow fry the chicken on both sides.
- Serve with salad and green chutney.
- Instead of bread crumb, we can use semolina (rava).
- I have used Kashmiri red chilly powder more because it is not spicy and it gives red color to the chicken, you
- can use red food color to give color to chicken.
- Vegetarian can use paneer, cauliflower, potatoes, and substitute eggs to cornflour paste.
Bottle Gourd (lauki) is very good for health. Have one cup of lauki juice in morning on empty stomach helps to reduce weight, good for heart, controls the cholesterol, can mix apple juice and have, and if cold add ginger piece and grind or add ginger powder (saunt powder). Note before making paste of lauki taste it, if it is bitter then do not use it throw it away.
