Egg Paratha recipe, How to make egg stuff paratha recipe


Egg  paratha recipe is made from stuff  eggs, veggies, spices, lots of ghee and refine flour (maida), but I have made this recipe in easier method with left over chapatis (wheat flour).We can have egg stuffed paratha in our breakfast or tea time snacks in evening.
   
Preparation Time :20 mints
Cooking Time : 10 mints
Serves :

Ingredient :
  • egg whites 2 nos
  • pulkas 2 nos (chapatis)
  • capsicum 1/2 no (chopped)
  • tomato 1/2 nos
  • onion chop 1/2 nos chop
  • Green chilies 1 no chopped
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1 tsp
Method :
  1. Whisk egg white properly along with chopped green chilies, capsicum, tomato, onion, and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the egg whites mixture to it.
  3. Cook till the mixture becomes semi solid.
  4. Place this stuffing between two chapatis and cook on both sides using very little oil.
  5. Cook till chapatis become slightly brown.
  6. Cut with the help of pizza cutter or knife into triangular pieces.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup.
Notes:
  1. I have used only egg white, so all can enjoy this recipe specially those who are suffering from cholesterol problem
  2. Chop all the vegetables very fine.
  3. Can substitute chapatis with bread slice, method same above.
Tip of the day:

  • Curd can be used as an exfoliating agents to remove dead skin cells. It also helps in cooling the skin which is continuously exposed to sunlight.
