Egg curry recipe is a quick and easy recipe with simple ingredient found in your kitchen. It is delicious spicy preparation of eggs which I have not boiled but dropped in curry with onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, based gravy. It is really yum. Serve with hot steam rice, roasted papad and pickle. Step By Step Method: Put oil in chatti, let it become hot for two minutes. Add to it chop onion. Now add to it crushed ginger and garlic. Add chopped tomato and cook till oil comes out. Add mix masala, turmeric powder, salt and one tablespoon water stir all nicely. Add one glass water or as required for gravy and give a nice boil. Drop in eggs each at one time. Add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
