Egg (Anda) Curry Recipe, Easy Egg (Anda) Curry Recipe

Egg curry recipe is a quick and easy recipe with simple ingredient found in your kitchen. It is delicious spicy preparation of eggs which I have not boiled but dropped in curry with onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, based gravy. It is really yum. Serve with hot steam rice, roasted papad and pickle. Step By Step Method: Put oil in chatti, let it become hot for two minutes.  Add to it chop onion.  Now add to it crushed ginger and garlic. Add chopped tomato and cook till oil comes out. Add mix masala, turmeric powder, salt and one tablespoon water stir all nicely.  Add one glass water or as required for gravy and give a nice boil. Drop in eggs each at one time.  Add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.  Ingredients: 4 eggs 2 small onion chopped 2 big tomato chopped ginger 1/2" crushed garlic 6 nos crushed 3 tsp mix masala 1/2 tsp turmeric powder water as required salt to taste 3 tbsp oil 2 tsp chop coriande

Egg Paratha recipe, How to make egg stuff paratha recipe

Egg  paratha recipe is made from stuff  eggs, veggies, spices, lots of ghee and refine flour (maida), but I have made this recipe in easier method with left over chapatis (wheat flour).We can have egg stuffed paratha in our breakfast or tea time snacks in evening.     Preparation Time :20 mints Cooking Time : 10 mints Serves : Ingredient : egg whites 2 nos pulkas 2 nos (chapatis) capsicum 1/2 no (chopped) tomato 1/2 nos onion chop 1/2 nos chop Green chilies 1 no chopped salt to taste oil 1 tsp Method : Whisk egg white properly along with chopped green chilies, capsicum, tomato, onion, and salt. Heat oil in a pan and add the egg whites mixture to it. Cook till the mixture becomes semi solid. Place this stuffing between two chapatis and cook on both sides using very little oil.   This is prepared in morning breakfast. Anda  bhurji is usually served with  pav.It  is one of easiest and instant breakfast you should try  once.Here  goes the recipe. Preparation time:5 minutes.   Cooking  Time:10 minutes Serves:3-4.   Ingredient: 2 big onion chop   3 big tomatoes 4 green chilies chop 6 eggs 1/2 tsp red chilly pd 1/2 tsp turmeric pd 1/2 tsp garam masala pd 1 tbsp coriander leaves chop salt to taste 3 tbsp oil.   Method: 1.Heat  Oil  when hot add chop fine onion saute till pink add tomatoes and fry till oil leaves the side. 2.Now add chop green chilles,red chilly pd,turmeric pd and garam masala pd. 3.Add the beaten eggs stir all nicely and cook on slow flame by putting lid for 5 minutes Note keep stiring in middle. 4.Now add salt and coriander leaves off the gas and serve. 5.Serve with Pav and a cup of tea.   Note: 1.In a bowl put one egg at a time then transfer to mixing bowl  so we are aware that egg is good

Yummy dish created by me.One day I was late to make breakfast my kids went to the cabinet and removed the wafers from the tin.I was angry because it was the time to eat breakfast and not the junk food.But also I was upset because I shouted but there I got an idea I took the wafers and eggs and started and the end was too good not only my children but my hubby to enjoyed the breakfast and hope your family too will enjoy the breakfast when you try this wafer omlet recipe.
