Green Chicken Curry Recipe, Easy And Mild Flavored Green Chicken Curry Recipe


Green chicken curry recipe is simple dish, it is tasty and quick recipe.It is different from other curry mild and less spices enough of green mixture into it. Yum to it, serve it with hot steam rice and salad.

Preparation Time:10 min
Cooking Time:35 mins
Serves:5-6

Ingredient:

  • 1 kg chicken
  • 3 large onion chopped
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 black pepper
  • 1 bay leaves
  • pinch turmeric pd
  • 1 tsp garam masala pd
  • 1 cup water

To make paste:

  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 3 green chilies
  • 6 stem coriander leaves
  • 4 stem mint leaves
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1"ginger

Method:    
1.In pan put oil add cloves, cinnamon,black pepper,bay leaves let it crackles.
2.Now add chop onion fry till brown.
3.Add tomatoes cook till oil comes out.
4.Now add turmeric pd and garam masala pd and salt.
5.All nicely fried add paste saute for 5 minutes add chicken fry nicely for 7 minutes.
6.Add water take nice boil then cover and cook for 15 minutes or till chicken is cooked.
7.Serve with boiled rice and salad

Notes:    
1.Chicken wash nicely add salt 1/2 lime juice and  keep before you start your cooking.
2.Do not add more turmeric pd or curry will not give green curry.
3.I have added 1 cup water you can add more as consistency required for gravy.
