Chilli Paneer Chinese Recipe, How To Make Chilli Paneer Recipe
Chilli Paneer Recipe is a continental cuisine very hot and spicy. It is prepared in different type of sauces and cornflour paste.We can prepare the Chilli paneer in dry form which can be eaten as stater, semi gravy which I have prepared and the gravy form that can be eaten with plain steam rice or the fried rice.

Serves:4-5
Ingredient:
- 200 gm Cottage cheese(Paneer)
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 5 tbsp+1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garlic crushed
- 1 cubed capsicum
- 1 cubed onion
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp chilly sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- pinch sugar
- spring onion (green only chopped)
- cornflour 1 tbsp+4 tbsp water (make paste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- pinch MSG pd (ajinomoto)
- salt to taste
Method:
1.Take cornflour in plate put to it cubed paneer roll and deep fry it when golden brown remove on tissue paper.
2.Saute capsicum in one tbsp oil and also the onion the same.
3.To make sauce:In a pan add oil.
4.When hot add chop garlic saute till fried.
5.Slow the flame add soya sauce, black pepper, chilly sauce, vinegar, sugar, ajinomoto add cornflour paste stir quickly add saute onion, capsicum and fried paneer.
6.Toss nicely and put little spring green and remaining keep for garnish.
7.Serve with fried rice.
Notes:
1.Add two green chilies chopped for taste if want and saute it with garlic.
2.Add very little quantity of MSG pd it is not good for health.
3.Cut the cubed veggies in uniform shape so it looks nice and also cook even.
