Aloo Gobi Recipe, Easy Method Of Making Aloo Gobi Recipe
Aloo Gobi is an Indian veggie found in all part of India and is all time favorite. Aloo means potato and Gobi means cauliflower. Aloo Gobi recipe is very tasty and quick to prepare.It is served with chapati or purees.
Ingredients:
- 250 gm gobi (cauliflower)
- 2 nos aloo (potatoes)
- 2 nos chopped onion
- 2 nos chopped tomatoes
- 2 nos fine chopped green chilies
- 4 nos fine chopped garlic cloves
- 1"ginger fine chopped
- 1/2 tsp mix masala or curry pd
- 3/4 tsp turmeric pd
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- salt to taste
- 3 tbsp oil
- pinch of asafoetida
Method:
1.In a pan add oil and allow it to be hot add asafoetida.
2.Now add chopped onion saute till pinkish,then add chopped green chilies,ginger and garlic and saute till colour changes.
3.Add chopped tomatoes and cook till oil separates.
4.Now add mix masala and turmeric pd.
5.Add aloo and gobi stir cover and cook for 10 minutes or till the aloo is done.(stir in middle or the veggies will stick the bottom)
6.Now put the coriander leaves stir and off the gas and serve.
