Ingredient:
- 4 nos Tongue fish (Lep fish)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp red chilli pd
- pinch turmeric pd
- salt to taste
- 3 tbsp oil
Method:
- In a pan add oil let it become hot for two minutes.
- When hot add the marinated fish and let it cook one side.
- Now turn the fish upside down and cook the other side till crisp.
- When cooked serve with salad and as side dish.
Step By Step Method
1.Clean and wash the fish nicely. Add lime juice, red chilly pd, turmeric pd and salt. Keep for five minutes to marinate.
2.Now add oil in pan when hot add fish and fry one side.
3.Now turn the fish other side and cook.
4.When cooked serve it.
Note:
1.Clean the fish by scraping it scale then cut its head slanting and pull the opposite side of skin and wash it nicely.
2.Do not add ginger garlic paste because by doing this the fish sticks to the pan.
3.If don't want crispy fish then cook the fish on slow flame.
