Ambot tik recipe is delicious tasty curry served with hot steamed rice. Ambot means sour and tik means spicy. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Add chop onion and slit green chilies and saute till pink. Add the paste and one cup water or as required for gravy, add salt and take a nice boil. When boiled add shark fish and again take one boil. Then make flame slow and cook for five minutes. Now add vinegar and after two minutes turn off the flame.
