Murmura Recipe/ Chatpata Kurmura Recipe/ Quick Murmura Bhel/ Diet Bhel Recipe.
Evening tea time snack, quick and tasty, very few ingredients all available in kitchen. Low calories diet bhel very easy recipe.
Ingredients:
- 200 gm murmura/kurmura
- 50 gm farsan + 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 50 gm nylon sev
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 tsp coriander leaves
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tsp chat masala powder
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Salt pinch
Method:
- In a mixing bowl add murmura , add tomato ketchup, mix well.
- Add farsan, red chilli powder, chat masala powder, salt.
- Now add chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
- Add lemon juice, nylon sev.
- Ready to serve.
Note:
- If murmura is soft then dry roast it in pan for few minutes it becomes crisp.
- Add salt, spice as per taste.
