 Bread Omelette is the street food of India. Quick breakfast recipe easy to prepare and also can be served in children's lunch box. Slice bread omelette recipe or omelet  sandwich is a simple recipe with an egg omelette mixture and bread slices. It is blend of eggs Omelette, stuffed with bread, cheese and mayo. This is similar to a sandwich recipe with   stuffed omelette between  the bread, best and quickly used ingredient for breakfast recipes or to make various sandwiches and toast recipes.

Ingredients:

  • Bread slice 2
  • Eggs 2
  • Cheese grated 2 tbsp
  • mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • onion chopped1 small
  • green chilli chopped 1
  • coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp
  • salt per taste 
  • oil 1 tsp + 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp butter

Method:

  1. Apply oil on pan toss the bread slices both sides.
  2. Now in a bowl take eggs beat it well add chopped onion, chilli, coriander leaves salt and fry on pan add 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp butter.
  3. Take a bread slice and dip it on the omelette mixture and flip the bread and rest it on the omelette. Just coat one side of the bread with the omelette mixture and then flip the other side and place it.
  4. Cook the bread omelette perfectly on both sides on medium flame. Put on one slice mayo and other slice bread mayo. Make sure to flip carefully from one side to another with bread slices attached. Toss it both side.
  5. Remove the bread sandwich omelette from the Tawa and cut the bread slices diagonally and serve hot...
  6. Serve hot with ketchup!!!

Note:
  •  If making a large omelette then placing 4 pieces of bread is also possible.
  • To make it in a different style, just dip the bread which can be white or brown into the beaten egg mix and cook the dipped bread pieces or slices on both sides on a pan such as bread toast.
