Easy Eggless Chocolate Pudding Recipe/ Chocolate Pudding Recipe/Showmerecipe.

 Chocolate puddings are a class of desserts with chocolate flavors. There are two main types: a boiled then chilled dessert and garnish with chocolate. Easy and delicious, this rich chocolate pudding recipe is one of our favorite desserts! Very easy and kid friendly treat. A creamy chocolate pudding blended together with some milk, custard powder, cocoa powder,fresh cream,  chocolate and garnish with chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

For Making Paste-

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons custard powder 
  • Half cup milk

For Making Pudding-

  • One and half cups milk or 350ml milk
  • Half cup sugar
  • 100 gm choclate bar
  • Half cup fresh cream 
  • Chocolate chips to garnish 

Method:

  1. Boil the milk, when milk boil add sugar and stir till dissolved.
  2. Now add the paste stir well.
  3. Add the chocolate bar and fresh cream boil till all merge together, flame should be low and keep stirring.
  4. When all nicely merged then cold in room temperature and put in refrigerator to cool for at least two hours. 
  5. Serve chilled and garnish with choclate chips.

Note:

  • You can replace custard powder too cornflour.
  • Firstly, use good quality choco powder and chocolate for intense chocolate flavour.
  • Also, if you are using dark chocolate, adjust the amount of sugar accordingly, additionally, make sure the pudding thickens once cooled, so cook until it is a silky smooth consistency.
  • Keep stirring or it may burn and cook on low flame till it is thick,then cool in room temperature and refrigerator two hour or overnight or this pudding keeps well for two days when refrigerated.
