Chicken Malai Tikka Kabab recipe/ Murgh Malai tikka recipe is a starter with mouth watering juicy grilled chicken recipe marinated in a unique blend of yogurt, cream, cheese and spices.
Chicken Malai Tikka Kabab recipe/ Murgh Malai tikka recipe is a starter with mouth watering juicy grilled chicken recipe marinated in a unique blend of yogurt, cream, cheese and spices.
Ingredients:
- boneless chicken half kg
- 2 tbsp ginger/garlic/chilli paste
- 3 tbsp curd
- 5 tbsp grated cheese
- 5 tbsp fresh cream
- 1tsp kasoori methi crushed
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- salt as per taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp butter ( marinate) + 2 tbsp butter to fry
- 2 tbsp oil ( marinate) + 2 tbsp oil to fry
- wooden skewer stick or satay skewer stick
Method:
- Wash the chicken thoroughly
- In a bowl take all spices, fresh cream, cheese, curd and all the ingredients, chicken and salt to taste marinate and keep one hour or overnight.
- Put on satay stick and fry adding butter and oil
- Or can grill in oven or pan fry
- Ready to serve.
Note: Skewer or Satay stick soak in water and keep for 15 minutes and keep.
Marinate and keep chicken at least for an hour.
