Prawns Chilli Fry/Kardi Sukha/ Jhingha Sukha/ Prawns Chilli Recipe.
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp oil
 - 3 onions fine chopped
 - 2 tomatoes fine chopped
 - 1 potato fine chopped
 - half raw mango chopped
 - 2 green chillies slit
 - 4 cloves garlic crushed
 
Method:
- Put oil in a pan when it becomes hot pour oil.
 - Add chopped onions stir fry till translucent.
 - Add potato and cook.
 - When potato is cooked add ginger and garlic crushed.
 - Now add Prawns( clean and wash thoroughly).
 - Saute till Prawns changes it colour.
 - Add bottle masala/ mix masala/ red chilli powder.
 - Add haldi powder.
 - Salt per taste.
 - When all cooked add slit green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
 - Ready to serve.
 
Note: Clean and wash prawns add salt and keep aside.
