Omelette Recipe, Easy Omelette Recipe
Omelette is a dish prepared from beaten eggs and fried in butter or oil in a frying pan. There are varieties made from omelette.
I will be preparing the simple, easy and quick method adding herbs and mild spice.
Omelette is prepared and served as breakfast dish or Sunday brunch. It is served with bread or toasted butter bread.
Omelette prepared plain or with veggies are really yum and satisfying. Also it is kid's friendly recipe.
Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Cooking Time: 3 minutes
Serves: 1
1. Chop the onion, green chilli, coriander leaves.
2. In a bowl add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt.
3. Add the eggs and beat well.
4. Pour oil in the frying pan.
5. Pour the beaten mixture to the pan and cook for two minutes.
6. Flip the egg upside down and cook for one minute.
7. Ready to serve.

Step By Step Method

- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp onion
- 1/2 chop green chilli
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
- pinch red chilli powder
- Chop onion, green chilli, coriander leaves.
- Put all the chop ingredients into a bowl.
- Add the eggs and beat well.
- Put oil in a frying pan and when hot pour the beaten mixture.
- Let it cook for two minutes.
- Now flip it and cook for one minute.
- Serve hot with bread.
- Whole egg are very good source of protein, also vitamin B2 and the enriched or pastured egg contain Omega-3 and vitamin A.
- At the same time the yolk of the egg is bad for the cholesterol.
- Person suffering from the cholesterol should avoid the yolk and should have only the egg white.
