But the best place to prepare is our home. Home is the place where we are hygienic. As we know street food are yummy but also unhygienic, specially Chinese bhel is concern.

The quality of veggies used, the sauces and the most important taste maker used by this street people is ajinomoto which is very harmful for health. Try making the Chinese bhel in the house to our loved one.

My home this snack is made during tea time or evening. There are veggies shredded like carrot,cabbage, capsicum, onion, tossed along with sauces and nuts. This is also known as fried noddle salad. It is very easy, simple and quick to make.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 3-4

Step By Step Method


1. Take a bowl add fried noddles.

2. Now add shredded cabbage.

3. Add sliced onion.

4. Add chopped coriander leaves.

5. Add the roasted peanuts.

6. Add schezwan sauce.

7. Add tomato sauce.

8. Toss or mix all veggies, noddles and sauces and serve it.

Ingredients:
  • 1 bowl fried noddles (Ready made packet)
  • 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 3 tbsp shredded cabbage
  • 1 tbsp sliced onion
  • 1 tsp chop coriander leaves
Method:
  1. Take fried noddles, add to it shredded cabbage, sliced onion, chopped coriander leaves.
  2. Add the roasted peanuts, schezwan sauce, tomato sauce and toss it till all veggies n sauces are merged together.
  3. Ready to serve.
Notes:
  • Fried noddles are prepared by boiling the noddles in water adding salt and one tablespoon oil. Then strain the water and put the noddles on clean kitchen towel and then deep fry the noddles in oil or put in air-fryer.
  • We even get the fried noddles ready packet in the market.
  • All the veggies should be evenly cut.
  • Schezwan sauce and tomato sauce are available in market.
