Easy breakfast recipe. It tastes great as the Omelette are soft, fluffy and the chips gives their crispness and melted cheese yummy. Ingredients: 2 Eggs 1handful potato chips of your choice (I used plain salted chips) 1 green chillies – chopped (Optional) 1 tsp cooking oil 1 tbsp shredded cilantro or coriander leaves to garnish (or your favorite fresh herb) 1 tbsp shredded cheese of your choice — I used  mozzarella (Optional) Salt to taste pinch turmeric powder  pinch paprika powder  Method: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat Add the chips. (do not fry/cook them – we don’t want them soggy!) Whisk the eggs,pinch turmeric powder and adjust salt (go very light on salt, since the chips are salty enough. I usually don’t have to use extra salt.). Pour them over the chips, as evenly as possible. Swirl the pan once slightly, to let the runny eggs spread through the chips.  Sprinkle green chillie, coriander leaves, paprika powder and grated cheese.  Switch stove to medium-low heat and cover and

  Simple Drumstick Vegetable Recipe/ Eastindian Drumstick Foogath Recipe/ Sahjan Ki Recipe. Simple drumstick vegetable with very few ingredients available in kitchen.  Ingredients: 2 tbsp oil 1 sliced onion  2 chopped green chillies  4 cloves crushed garlic  5 nos drumsticks  Salt per taste  Half cup water 3 tbsp grated coconut 1 tsp black pepper  Method: Put oil in a pan, when hot add sliced onion saute it, till translucent. Now add crushed garlic, chopped green chillies. Add peeled and cut 2" pieces drumstick saute it add water and cook it for seven minutes. Ingredients: 3 tbsp oil 3 onions fine chopped 2 tomatoes fine chopped 1 potato fine chopped half raw mango chopped 2 green chillies slit 4 cloves garlic crushed Method: Put oil in a pan when it becomes hot pour oil. Add chopped onions stir fry till translucent. Add potato and cook. When potato is cooked add ginger and garlic crushed. Now add Prawns( clean and wash thoroughly). Saute till Prawns changes it colour. Add bottle masala/ mix masala/ red chilli powder. Add haldi powder. Salt per taste. When all cooked add slit green chillies and chopped coriander leaves. Rava / Semoline Tikki

Ingredients: 2 Large potatoes 1 Chopped onion 6 tbsp Semoline 1 tbsp Grated carrot 1 tbsp Crushed green peas 2 Chopped green chillies 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds crushed 1/2 tsp Ajwain seeds 1 tsp Chat masala Oil to deep fry  Method: Boil the potatoes, peel the skin and grate and add rava to it. Now add crushed green peas, grated carrot, chopped onion, chillies and coriender leaves. Add cumin seeds, ajwain, red chilly powder, chat masala, salt makes it even delicious. Now take small amount, make it in a shape of a ball and then deep fry it. serve it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.   Note: If potato is too sticky then can add more rava/semoline.
