I will be preparing the simple, easy and quick method adding herbs and mild spice. Omelette is prepared and served as breakfast dish or Sunday brunch. It is served with bread or toasted butter bread. Chop the onion, green chilli, coriander leaves. 2. In a bowl add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt. 3. Add the eggs and beat well. 4. Pour oil in the frying pan. 5. Pour the beaten mixture to the pan and cook for two minutes. 6. Flip the egg upside down and cook for one minute. 7. Ready to serve.
