Medu vada recipe is the famous recipe from south, but it is recognise all over India. It is also known as Ulundhu vadai. Vadas is savoury fried snacks from India. Patoli recipe is a sweet and fresh turmeric leaves flavoured sweet dish. It is also known as crunchy noddles made from besan or chick flour kneaded adding salt, oil and water, then deep fried in oil and stored in airtight container.  There are various varieties of sev like tomato flavour, palak flavour, garlic flavour, clove (lavang), added along with spices, carom seeds.
