Poha Kachori Recipe/ Aloo Poha Pattis Recipe/ Crispy Aloo Poha Tikki Recipe.

 Poha Kachori/Aloo Poha Pattis Recipe is instant easy quick breakfast recipe or evening tea time snack. 

Ingredients:

Outer cover Ingredients required are _

  • 1 cup poha (flatten rice)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt to taste
  • ginger/garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • green chilly chopped 1 no
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp 
  • Lemon 1 tsp 
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

Stuffing Ingredients are _

  • Potatoes 3 nos (boiled and smashed)
  • ginger/garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tsp crushed 
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • amchur powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak poha adding water leave it for sometime.
  2. Now add outer cover Ingredients as mentioned above and mix well till all combined well.
  3. Boil smash potatoes, add all the stuffing ingredients as mentioned above and mix nicely. 
  4. Now take poha mixture flatten on palm add potato stuffing and shape it to flat tikki
  5. Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till both side crisp and cooked. 
  6. Ready to serve. 

Note:

  • Poha when soaked put half quantity of water compared to poha. 
  • Spice and salt adjust as per taste.
