Egg Kebab Recipe/ Aloo Egg Kebab Recipe/ Easy Egg Potato Kebab Recipe.
Easy and delicious quick breakfast or snack recipe also can be served as starter or side dish with only few ingredients and simple seasoning ingredients available easily in kitchen.
Ingredients:
- 3 medium size potatoes (boiled and grated)
- 4 eggs (boiled and grated)
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger/ garlic paste
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 chopped onion
- To coat :
- 1 egg beaten added pinch of salt
- 1 small bowl bread crumb
- oil to fry
Method:
- Take a mixing bowl add to it boiled smashed potatoes, boiled grated eggs, and rest of all above mentioned ingredients and mix well.
- Roll the mixture into medium size ball, flatten it in your palm or shape it as per desired.
- One by One dip kebabs in beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry on slow medium flame. Cook both sides till golden brown
- Ready to serve.
Note:
- Can substitute bread crumbs with semolina or rava.
- Also can substitute potato to raw banana.
