  Quick, easy and delicious milkshake Recipe. Black forest milkshake is combination of milk, ice cream, chocolate, chocolate chips and cherries. Ingredients: 250ml milk + 1 small cup (boiled and cooled) 2 tbsp ice cream scoop  1 tbsp custard powder  1 tbsp cocoa powder  2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp choco chips cherries to garnish  choco shots chocolate cake (crumbled and cut to small pieces) Method: Boil the milk, when boiled add sugar stir till sugar dissolved.  Add the mixture of milk small cup added to it custard powder, coco powder.  Again take a boil and cook on simmer for five minutes. Switch off the flame and cool the milk in room temperature and when cooled keep it in refrigerator for at least two hour. Assemble in serving glass.  Put cake pieces then pour the milk mixture, put again cake pieces, crumbled cake mixture, ice cream scoop, choco chips, choco shots and cherries.  Decorate with fancy spoon and straw.   Chicken Cafreal is a spicy chicken preparation prepared widely in the Indian state of Goa. The preparation originated from the Portuguese. It is blend of fresh green herbs, garam masala powder, almond and tamarind marinated, fried and cooked.  Ingredients: 1 kg chicken (cut to medium size washed thoroughly apply salt) 1 bunch coriander leaves 6 green chillies  10 garlic cloves  1"ginger 1 tsp garam masala powder  8 almond (soaked in water for fifteen minutes) Small lemon size tamarind  3 tbsp oil to fry Salt to taste  Method: Grind coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic, ginger, tamarind, almond, garam masala powder with little water to fine paste. Marinate chicken with the paste. In a pan add oil and shallow fry the chicken, cook both side till the chicken is done. Chicken Cafreal is ready to serve.  Easy and delicious quick breakfast or snack recipe also can be served as starter or side dish with only few ingredients and simple seasoning ingredients available easily in kitchen.  Ingredients: 3 medium size potatoes (boiled and grated) 4 eggs (boiled and grated) salt as per taste 1/2 tsp red chilli powder  1/2 tsp coriander powder  1/4 tsp turmeric powder  1/2 tsp garam masala powder  1/2 tsp ginger/ garlic paste  1 chopped green chilli 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves  1 chopped onion To coat : 1 egg beaten added pinch of salt  1 small bowl bread crumb oil to fry Method: Take a mixing bowl add to it boiled smashed potatoes, boiled grated eggs, and rest of all above mentioned ingredients and mix well.   Poha Kachori/Aloo Poha Pattis Recipe is instant easy quick breakfast recipe or evening tea time snack.  Ingredients: Outer cover Ingredients required are _ 1 cup poha (flatten rice) 1/2 cup water salt to taste ginger/garlic paste 1/2 tsp green chilly chopped 1 no Coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp  Lemon 1 tsp  Sugar 1/2 tsp Stuffing Ingredients are _ Potatoes 3 nos (boiled and smashed) ginger/garlic paste 1/2 tsp Kasoori methi 1 tsp crushed  red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp amchur powder 1/2 tsp salt to taste Method: Soak poha adding water leave it for sometime. Now add outer cover Ingredients as mentioned above and mix well till all combined well. Mango Mastani Recipe/Mango Drink Recipe/Indian Mango Milkshake Recipe.

  Mango Mastani is a famous desert drink from Pune, basically a thick Milkshake with ice cream scoop with topping of chopped mangoes and dry fruits.  Ingredients: 3 Alphonso mangoes (1 chopped to garnish and other two sliced to puree) 2 cups milk 2 scoop of ice cream to puree and 2 scoop to garnish (vanilla flavor) 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp tutti-frutti to garnish  Cherries to garnish   Method: In a blender jar add sliced mango, milk, sugar and ice cream scoop blend it. Assemble in a serving glass or serving cup by adding chopped mango, pour the blended mixture (milkshake). Scoop the ice cream on top. Garnish chopped mangoes,  tutti-frutti and cherry.  Mango Mastani is ready to serve. Note:  Can divide one recipe into two parts.
