Chicken Hakka Noodles Recipe/ Showmerecipe/ Easy Quick Recipe.

Chicken Hakka Noodles an absolute, tasty, simple, easy and quick to make recipe, Indo Chinese dish that's everyone's favourite! Noodles tossed with shredded or fried chicken, vegetables, eggs, flavourful spicy sauces and sesame oil, in a street style is heavenly delight! 

Ingredients:

150 g Egg Noodles

2 tbsp Sesame Oil

1 Sliced Onion 

2 tsp Garlic (Minced)

1 tsp Ginger (Minced)

2 Green Chillies (Slit Into half)

¼ cup White part of Spring Onion (Sliced)

¼ cup Carrot (Julienned)

¼ cup Capsicum (Cut into thin stripes)

2 Eggs (Whisked)

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Tomato Sauce

1 tsp Green Chilli sauce

Salt to taste

2 tbsp Spring Onion Greens (Chopped)

Fried Chicken:

150 gm Boneless Chicken 

1 tsp Ginger/Garlic paste 

1 tbsp Tandoori masala

1 tsp Lemon juice 

Salt to taste 

Method:

Boil water in a pan. Add a pinch of salt & 2 drops oil to it.

Add noodles to the water & boil till it becomes tender and when cooked strain and keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok.

Add sliced onion, chop garlic, chopped ginger & green chilies.

Add cut julienne of carrot, cabbage, & capsicum.

Add fried eggs and fried chicken toss it.

Add boiled noodles, soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce & salt. 

Mix well & sauté for 2-3 minutues            

The flavorful Chicken Hakka Noodles are ready. 

Serve hot. 

Tips:

You can either julienne the veggies or chop them to cubes, but be sure to cut all of same size for them to cook the same crunch.

Most noteworthy, always  boil the noodles until just done or cooked but firm to bite.

Adjust the sauces and spiciness ratio as per your taste.
